Monday is for Memories: North Africa 2010

The Market

4 lovely ladies I was blessed to spend 5(ish) weeks of my life with.
This was taken in the apartment we stayed in.

I'm finally getting to write about my summer what? it is november. Better late, than never.
I'll start you off with a background of the trip, so that next monday I can write more in depth.

I was sent overseas through an organization called iGo Global. It was hands down the best experience of my life, in means of going through an organization. I had heard stories of people not being happy with organizations they went through, but this one was nearly perfect. (I had previously gone through churches) I loved the training and preparation they put us through. The training we went through in amsterdam was just phenomenal. I felt so privileged to sit under and learn from some very wise people. As always, every time I'm overseas my desire to be there full time grows more and more. (I really can't wait, but more on that later.) I feel so at home when I'm overseas, it is truly where I belong.

The four girls I mentioned are Katy, Shelby, (me), Rachel, and Kristin. We are 5 wonderful girls, that spent and went through a period of time in life that no one else got to experience with each other. I think that is just so cool. These 4 girls get it, they get what I went through. I could try to express to you what went on and how I felt, but it just isn't the same. They will always hold a special place in my heart. I think that is all I have in me to write tonight. I've always said I write to remember, but it makes me feel things again too. So, for that reason, I'll drag this out as long as I can just because I miss summer 2010 SO much. ;)

  1. Aww Bri! This is so great! I love your blog in general but I especially love this one. I completlely agree with you about that time we spent together. No words can fully describe what changes we went through and what discoveries about Father that we made. I miss y'all and think of you often! I feel like that was so long ago, but also could have been yesterday.

    Love you!!
