Week in Review

Song on Repeat:

side note: some talented friends played this at Emily's Funeral. I can't stop listening to it.

Baby
Welcome:
Avery Elise
7lbs 14 oz 19 in
She'll call me Aunt Breesey.

I'm dreaming of:

Bridal Shower plans for Hannah and new blog designs.

Lesson Learned:

Never take three history classes at one time unless you plan on pulling your hair out. Ouch.
Here's to probably my hardest semester yet!

On a more serious note, I've really been taking to heart "so whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." It has been on my heart to be aware of how I am acing in different situations. Are my conversations bringing glory? My words? Is the effort I put into school bringing him Glory?
I realize I am entering a season of my life where I am going to be stretched and pushed to my limits. I am going to be extremely busy, but it is going to be an eternal effort as we are trying to push towards our goal. My time with my husband is going to a lot less than it has been. Through all the schedules, busyness, deadlines, etc I will bring glory to God whether it be through my effort in school, relationships with friends, or my personal time with Him. Lots and lots of prayer are in session for this semester year.

Thankful for:
A new car! Finally! God finally provided us with a new one this week since my wreck in November. No pictures yet, and it isn't mine. Kendall got a new Toyota Tacoma and I got his Honda Fit. Nice trade if I do say so myself; I will take 45 miles per gallon any day.

My husband, who is going back to school full time this semester AND working 56 hours a week. Online classes, night classes, and classes during his lunch break. I am SO proud. Yes honey, I will cook, clean, rub your back, your feet. Whatever you want, thanks for working so hard!
[ I hope he doesn't read this because he will totally take advantage of the foot rubs ;) ]

Weekend To-Do List:
Clean Car, Clean house, host the missionaries from Peru, finish my perspectives project, send out invites, do homework, pray my books come in, and give sweet kisses to Avery. In no particular order...

Have a great weekend!
